To ensure that your call is always picked up immediately and handled professionally we employ professional, experienced call handlers. Your first call will be to one of our call handlers using a secure, dedicated land-line number. Once we have taken your details we will source the Engineer - we have multi tiered front-line and back-up escalation procedures in place to ensure that an Engineer is always available.
Within 30 minutes of your initial contact an Engineer will call you back and discuss the issue by telephone. If we can't resolve your problem by phone or using remote access, then the Engineer will travel to site. Should the call be of a protracted nature, further resource is always available to ensure that on site Engineers can be rotated on a shift basis.
On completion of a service call the Engineer will produce a hand written report detailing the work carried out. This will be promptly followed by full detailed report giving information on any further issues identified and any corrective actions required. Our Management Team will also periodically visit you to present call reports, and statistics, and to discuss the performance of the contract.
