For a number of years, HGSS have supported many sites with extensive Texas TI installed base including the TI 500 series (TI 505 etc), 5TI and associated modules. We have also carried out a number of conversions using CTI equipment to manage TI obsolescence. Our engineers have experience using both TISoft and APT programming packages.

We are able to manage the obsolescence issues posed by TI 500 series equipment which whilst being very advanced for the time, is no longer manufactured since the Siemens Simatic TI brand was discontinued in favour of the Siemens S7-200 range. We are also able to arrange repairs and replacements for many original TI parts as well as provide alternative compatible components.

We operate throughout the UK using regional engineers with TI TISoft and APT experience and can therefore offer managed support contracts for any TI based system that you may have. We will work with you to develop an obsolescence management plan to minimise the risks associated with running obsolete systems, without wholesale changes that may be beyond current budgets.
