Bread and Morning Goods
Our experience allows us to understand the concepts involved in mixing, dividing, proofing and baking bread. We also understand the cooling and slicing/ bagging processes together with the requirements underlying batch weights and checkweigher verification.
In additon to the basic control of equipment, much of our work in this industry has been related to the proper traceability of production information. This can be as simple as monitoring the production variation between mixing or dough divider and packaging systems. In other situations, the entire batch history might be desirable down to hand add quantities per mix, HACCP recording and verification and raw material batch logging.
Savories
We have engineers with experience of working on production systems in production of baked snacks and savories. We understand the process behind baked goods manufacture inculding the scheduling of production orders to the manufacturing systems and the control of this equipment.
