We have vast experience of the dairy industry from process through to packing and we are actively supporting a number of dairy sites. Support of such a fast moving process needs high skill levels and we ensure that our team are fully familiar with not only the automation technologies involved but also the processes to which they are applied. To this end we have experience of supporting, upgrading and modifying the following areas of dairy process and more. In addition our sister company HG Systems has experience of implementing such systems from scratch.

Dairy Process

We are currently supporting many different process plants including those originally supplied by GEA, APV, Tetrapack and Wincanton. This is on processes such as product handling and tracking, CIP, pasteurisation, yoghurt, butter & dessert manufacture, cream ageing, separation, storage and spray drying.

Packing

As our support base extends across the whole dairy industry we can also offer support on the various fillers and packing machines to be found in dairies. We are currently involved in automation support for machines manufactured by Hamba, Cermex, Erca, Gasti, Bosch, Regal, Ampack and Tannis to name a few.

Auxiliary Processes

Again our scope of support expertise extends to many other ancilliary items of plant such as mixers, whippers (including Mondo), endoline, boxmakers, conveyors, palletisers, chillers, compressor and wrappers.
