Disaster Recovery
Essential to all sites with PLC, HMI and SCADA Systems. We will compile and implement a disaster recovery strategy to ensure that, no matter what happens on site, you will always be supported with software back-ups to ensure a speedy return to full production.
Engineering Site Response
Guaranteed Engineer on site with a pre-defined Service Level Agreement which will be targeted to fit your production requirements. Where remote access is provided the actual call out cost can be reduced as the Engineer can provide support from his current location.
Preventative Maintenance
We can provide Preventative Maintenance days for your plant automation layer - either within a service agreement, or as a stand-alone arrangement.
Fully Managed Contracts
Our Service Operations Manager ensures that Preventative Maintenance days are scheduled, that all call-outs and plant failures are fully documented, and that any follow-up actions are reported.
Service Days
Our team are available to perform ‘ad hoc’ works such as network analysis, server checks, thermography, commissioning and upgrades, in addition to fault investigation work.
Training
Our team have vast automation and fault finding experience. We have developed a series of standard training courses aimed at helping you to solve your automation problems and find faults. We can also offer tailored courses designed around your own process and equipment.
Asset Management
We have a range of asset management offerings for your automation system assets from spares management to on site installed asset management.
