Asset Obsolesence Management

Audit of complete installed based followed by a report on current obsolesence status and our recommendations for stabilisation of the installed base and then, if required, migration to a newer platform. This package aims to support your existing base with the minimum of outlay - where possible we will provide support packages for your plant while identifying targetted migrations to provide spares for the remaining plant.

Asset Version Tracking

Identification of all software packages/operating systems on your plant, advice on the current status/supportability of these packages and recommendations for upgrades as, and when, necessary.

Spares Asset Management

Our spares management package can be implemented to provide tracking of your spares and repairs. Movement of spares stock and failed items is constantly tracked by serial/tag number and spares useage and repair costs are constantly monitored.

Stock Asset Rationalisation

We have procedures which will help minimise your spares holding, This can reduce your spares to a point where a HGSS bonded stock solution becomes highly cost effective. We can also use this package to generate standard specifications for you to issue to your suppliers to maintain spares compatibility across the plant.
