HG Service & Support offer a range of service contracts which are designed to give you fast access to an engineer when you need it most. We can provide contracts with 24/7 or next working day options and a guarantee of response to site in your tailored service level agreement (SLA). Our engineers have experience of many PLC, SCADA, Database and MES control systems as well as PCS7.
Our fast response service contracts will guarantee that you have an engineer working on your problem within 30 minutes and if necessary, on site day or night 365 days per year to attend a breakdown. Because we have regional control systems engineers dedicated to our service customers, they are able to apply the experiences of fault finding that they see day in, day out on PLC, SCADA, Database MES and PCS7 control systems which often results in a fast repair.
In addition to the breakdown response element of our service contracts, we also offer preventative maintenance packages which provide preplanned service visits to your site to take backups, change batteries, inspect PLC control panels and perform a number of other pro-active maintenance activities which ensure your control system is operating at it's best.
At commencement of a contract, HG engineers will visit your installation to carry out an adoption whereby details of the installed base are recorded and logistical details are determined. This allows our engineers to be prepared to assist and be ready to attend site if necessary in the event of a breakdown. Because of this, we are more than happy to adopt 3rd party systems and even the PLC/SCADA components of OEM equipment where possible.
